Why set up the Sarawak Bloggers?
Sarawak Bloggers is an innitiative to unite all Sarawak based bloggers under one community. It aims to promote blogging and networking.
Who pays for the domain Sarawak-Bloggers.org?
The domain is sponsored by an individual whom is keen to help in the growth of Sarawak Bloggers. No money transaction is involved.
Who is behind Sarawak Bloggers?
A group known only as Core Team is behind Sarawak Bloggers and they run every operation of Sarawak Bloggers voluntarily, without any allowances/pay.

How can I join?
Follow the instruction on this page to join Sarawak Bloggers.
Why the hassle? Why need to apply? Why can't you just let anyone in?
Blogs need to be categorized by us, and placed in either Prime Bloggers or Casual Bloggers. By controlling application, the core team can directly control who goes where, based on the blogs merits.
I have two blogs, can I register both?
No. Members are only allowed to register ONE BLOG. Choose the blog you update best.
What is the difference between SARAWAK BLOGGERS and other blogging communities?
Sarawak Bloggers is not only a collection of bloggers but is a community of bloggers which are linked directly with Sarawak. We not only help promote blogs, but also build a community and network.
Is there any fees to join in?
Joining up is free.
What will I gain from Sarawak Bloggers?
You stand to know new bloggers, expand your networking, and get your blog promoted worldwide by us. You also get invites to events or outings.
What do I need to do to join in?
Just put our badge/logo/band on the main page of your blog, and keep your blog updated for at least once in 37 days.
Is there any activities under Sarawak Bloggers?
At the moment, there are no official activities by SWKBLOGS, but partners do get invites to events and happenings, as well as outings. There is plans to organized a bloggers gathering. All outings/events are self-sponsored by partners unless stated.
Is there any age limit to join in SwkBlogs?
No. But you must meet the criterias we have set although there is a tendency that younger aged bloggers tend to switch domains and also have a long hiatus from blogging.
How will I loose membership of Sarawak Bloggers?
You will loose membership when you fail to display our Sarawak Bloggers badge for 30 days, although we will give you a week's notice to put it up again after we have noticed you are not displaying the badge. Members will also loose be revoked of membership when the fail to update their blogs for a continuous 37 days (5 weeks). We will not inform the shall their membership be revoked due to lake of updates.
I've been revoked of my membership. What now?
You need to reapply as a new member by following the instructions here.
Can I join SwkBlogs if I blog about politics or the government?
Yes you may. But please note that Sarawak Bloggers will not be held responsible for any of your content or post. Shall you get in trouble, you will be handling it alone.
Do you accept racist/religious related blogs?
In the light of our multicultural and multi-religious society, we prefer not to.
Do you accept tumblr blogs, or blogs alike?
Tumblr blogs are not accepted, and blogs which blog equal to tumblr style will not be accepted. However, photoblogs which are normally used by photographers are allowed.
